Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of EHR systems and documentation
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Skilled in patient advocacy and family communication
