Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Document patient care accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in New Jersey
BLS certification preferred
At least 1 year of recent experience in acute care or long-term care
Comfortable working night shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Attention to detail and accurate documentation
Team player with a positive attitude
