Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Independently admit and manage ventilated patients in the NICU and PICU using Servo-U ventilators
Set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive methods
Provide non-invasive ventilation support including BiPAP and CPAP
Administer nitric oxide and high-frequency ventilation for critical neonates
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
Document patient progress accurately using Epic

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
Current PALS certification required
Proficiency in managing Servo-U ventilators and heliox therapy
Familiarity with Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced critical care environment

Knowledge & Skills

Neonatal and pediatric critical care expertise
Advanced ventilator management (Servo-U, Drager VN500)
Heliox therapy setup and management
Non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP, CPAP, Bubble CPAP)
Nitric oxide and high-frequency ventilation
Epic documentation system proficiency
