X-Ray Technologist - General X-Ray

Location: Bryan, Texas

Shift Type: 7 days on/7 days off, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM (13:00-01:00); plus call coverage 2 day shifts per month (6:30 AM to next day 7:00 AM), includes weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 42

Candidate Pay Rate: $73.32 - $54.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-ray, fluoroscopy, and surgical imaging procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnoses
Maintain and operate GE, Siemens, and Philips equipment with precision
Document patient information and images in Meditech EMR and Synapse PACS
Participate in call coverage to provide timely emergency imaging services

Qualifications

ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist license (TDH)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Motivated and self-directed with a commitment to patient care
Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in X-ray, fluoroscopy, and surgical imaging techniques
Experience with Meditech EMR and Synapse PACS systems
Familiarity with GE, Siemens, and Philips imaging equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
