Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
BLS certification required

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
