Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate behavioral health nursing care to adolescents in our partial hospitalization program
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed
Facilitate therapeutic groups and activities
Educate patients and families on coping strategies and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse

Qualifications

Active RN license in Virginia required
BSN preferred
CPI and CPR/BLS certifications mandatory
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience
Experience with adolescent population a plus

Education

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable with electronic health records (Meditech Expanse)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with a positive attitude
