Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the center to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, patients, and visitors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and administrative procedures
- Familiarity with scheduling and record-keeping systems
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation
