Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Perform timely assessments and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care plans and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate and professional charting in the electronic health record
• Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
• Adhere to infection control practices and facility safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Comfortable working a 12.5-hour day shift schedule
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team and communicate clearly

Education

• LPN: Nursing diploma or equivalent
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and clinical observation
• Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
• Proficient documentation and charting in electronic health records
• Infection prevention and safety practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced healthcare environment
