Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative operations to keep the department running smoothly
• Communicate clearly with clinical teams and patients to ensure excellent service
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and records with attention to detail
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance patient and staff experience
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for vendors and internal partners

Qualifications

• Previous non-clinical or healthcare administrative experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records or hospital information systems is a plus
• Valid ID and ability to meet any facility onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused approach to patient and staff interactions
• Basic computer skills including email, scheduling tools, and MS Office
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize effectively
• Comfort with following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
