Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, supporting daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility and personal hygiene with respect and dignity
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Document care activities accurately and communicate handoffs to colleagues
Promote a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Support resident mealtime assistance and maintain nutritional comfort
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and families to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Local candidates only (POSITION IS LOCAL ONLY as listed)
Ability to work scheduled day shifts: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM on Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat
Flexible availability a plus to cover weekend needs during the assignment
Professional, patient-focused attitude and good communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and support with activities of daily living
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Accurate documentation and charting of care provided
Awareness of infection prevention and resident safety practices
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families and team members
