Shift Type: As-scheduled (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening/Night)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and toileting
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely in resident charts
- Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents
- Collaborate with nurses and support staff to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Reliable transportation to Gettysburg Center
- Availability for per diem evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong basic patient care skills and comfort with ADLs
- Good charting and documentation habits
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Ability to follow care plans and clinical directions
- Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
