Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents as an LNA
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and record changes in residents' conditions and communicate concerns to nursing staff
- Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents receive appropriate nourishment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents at all times
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for VT or NH
- Active state nursing assistant registry in good standing
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus but new grads are welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of personal care procedures and resident dignity principles
- Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
- Comfortable working in a team and taking direction from nursing staff
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with residents and families
