Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Document care and observations clearly and accurately
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — NH or VT licensure preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable providing direct resident care and assisting with ADLs
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow facility policies and procedures
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings a plus
Education
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and resident care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform safe patient transfers and use assistive devices
- Detail-oriented documentation and time-management skills
- Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work as part of a team
