Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, helping with daily living activities
- Assist nursing staff with patient transfers, hygiene, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the clinical team
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control policies
- Document care accurately and communicate clearly with nurses and care staff
- Support a positive patient experience through respectful, patient-centered interactions
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification/class (Class: LNA)
- Comfortable working 12+ hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Ability to follow facility policies and maintain accurate documentation
- Reliable, compassionate, and a team-oriented approach to patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
- Good observational skills and the ability to report patient changes
