Shift Type: Per diem nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (days vary)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and support residents with dignity
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and any changes in patient condition
- Communicate clearly with nursing staff and document care accurately
- Support safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall prevention measures
- Participate in care plan updates and handoffs to ensure continuity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for NH or VT as applicable
- Comfortable working a night shift and managing overnight resident needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and punctual
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous long-term care or nursing assistant experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic nursing care and infection control practices
- Ability to safely perform transfers and assist with mobility
- Accurate vital sign measurement and documentation
- Good observational skills to spot changes in resident condition
- Patient-centered communication and empathy
- Familiarity with electronic or paper charting systems
