Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem as scheduled, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
Accurately document care and observations in resident records
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
Active LNA license eligible for NH (and VT if applicable)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to work scheduled day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) as needed

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Experience taking and documenting vital signs
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable with documentation and willing to learn electronic charting
