Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overnight)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable care environments for patients
- Support timely meal assistance and documentation (including meal breaks)
- Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow care plans and infection control standards to protect patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification (VT or NH licensure preferred or able to obtain)
- Recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar patient-care setting preferred
- Ability to pass any required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA program and active LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills: ADLs, transfers, feeding, and vital signs
- Familiarity with charting and basic documentation practices
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Teamwork mindset and clear communication with clinical staff
