Shift Type: Per diem (days vary, may include weekdays and weekends), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance to residents
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility while promoting independence
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
- Support safe transfers and proper use of assistive devices
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered, respectful care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential valid in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfort working evenings and availability for per diem shifts
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude; prior LNA experience is a plus
Education
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant / LNA training program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of resident personal care and ADLs
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
- Comfort with basic documentation and charting
- Teamwork mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced care setting
