Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care while treating each patient with dignity
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Document care activities accurately and timely in the patient record
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (NH or VT as applicable)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous patient care experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute settings a plus
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to variable per-diem scheduling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient hygiene and mobility assistance
- Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
- Infection control and safe handling practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Basic documentation and charting in electronic or paper records
