Shift Type: Days vary (per diem), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift (approximately 12.5-hour shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility with proper techniques
- Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures with dignity
- Follow infection control and facility protocols to maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and ensure excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — VT or NH licensure indicated by the posting
- Comfortable working long day shifts (approximately 12+ hours) and providing hands-on care
- Flexible availability for per diem scheduling and the ability to respond to staffing needs
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident dignity and safety
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completed LNA training program and active LNA certification (VT or NH)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven competency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
- Basic patient observation and documentation skills
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication and teamwork with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to follow care plans and carry out assigned clinical tasks reliably
