Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and patients
- Collaborate with the care team to help meet patient goals and improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/class as listed
- Ability to work per-diem shifts, including 12+ hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Practical patient care skills and comfortable assisting with activities of daily living
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation accuracy
- Clear communication with patients, families, and the nursing team
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and direction
