Shift Type: Per diem (as needed), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform routine vital sign checks and report clinical changes promptly
- Support patient mobility, transfers and safe positioning while following protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
- Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Assist nursing staff with treatments and respond to patient needs with empathy
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification valid for NH (and VT if applicable)
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care standards and ADLs
- Proficient in taking and recording vital signs and basic clinical observations
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safety protocols
- Good documentation and communication skills within an interdisciplinary team
- Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
