Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
• Document assessments and care plans accurately and timely to support continuity
• Participate in unit-based initiatives to improve patient outcomes and workflows
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate, reassure, and involve them in care decisions

Qualifications

• Appropriate state license or certification for the role (valid and in good standing)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred when relevant
• Clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt is essential
• Current immunizations and background checks as required by facility policy
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant clinical degree or diploma as required for the specific role (e.g., nursing or allied health degree) — check job-specific requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Comfort with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hospital safety protocols and infection control practices
