Hours per Week: Per shift: 7.5 hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with 30-minute meal); weekly hours vary based on pick-up shifts

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents/patients as a certified nursing assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe and comfortable patient transfers and use of assistive devices
- Document care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
- Work as a collaborative member of the care team to deliver high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Valid state-required certifications and registrations for Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with good communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety best practices
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
