Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied day shifts (typically 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with on-call responsibilities

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a safe and sterile environment for every patient
Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies
Respond promptly to on-call needs for emergency surgeries

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
Current BLS certification required
Experience in an operating room setting is a plus
Willingness to take on-call shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and infection control
Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
