Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans
• Educate patients and their families on dietary modifications and nutritional support
• Document patient tolerance, appropriateness, and response to nutritional interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
• State licensure as a Dietitian in Texas (or compact eligibility)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to educate patients on therapeutic diets
