Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with wound care and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and clinical techniques
• Knowledge of EHR systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Patient-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
