Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current and active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 6 months of recent LNA experience in a long-term care or hospital setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Skill in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
