Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license (must be active)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to float between multiple hospital sites

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Proficiency in therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Point Click)
