Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM; on-call Monday nights and rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate total patient care across interdisciplinary teams from ICU to Med/Surg
Supervise nursing care and collaborate with physicians for optimal outcomes
Float between units as needed, bringing Cath Lab expertise to various settings
Mentor and guide care team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience - REQUIRED
Current ARRT certification and active Oklahoma license (or compact where applicable)
ACLS and BLS certifications required upon submission
Two supervisory references from within the past 12 months
Strong leadership, communication, and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cath Lab procedures and equipment
ACLS and BLS life support
Interdisciplinary team leadership and supervision
Patient care coordination across multiple acuity levels
Floating between ICU, Med/Surg, and other units
