Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by evaluating and treating pediatric and neuro patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including co-treatment as indicated
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) involved in patient care
• Maintain thorough documentation and demonstrate strong clinical and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (must be currently active)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Pediatric experience is required
• Willingness to reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility
