Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly fit each patient
• Document services in full compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to build real progress
• Maintain strict compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
• Deliver compassionate therapy that improves communication and swallowing function every single day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA)
• Current state SLP license, Wyoming licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals
