Roles & Responsibilities

• Empower patients to regain independence through personalized occupational therapy plans
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each patient's unique needs and goals
• Develop and implement creative treatment strategies that improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment for lasting success
• Document progress accurately and celebrate every milestone along the way

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning
• New grads are welcome to apply

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and evidence-based practices
• Skill in creating individualized treatment plans
• Ability to connect with patients and families with empathy
• Strong documentation and time-management abilities
