Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every patient
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, handing off instruments and anticipating needs to keep appointments running smoothly
• Take dental radiographs and intraoral scans with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, braces care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and help schedule follow-up appointments
• Provide compassionate chairside support that helps patients feel at ease
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional orthodontic care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification (required, must be ortho certified)
• Dental Assisting experience, preferably in an orthodontic setting
• Experience with orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to patient care and safety
