Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly fit each patient
• Document services thoroughly and in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to build real progress
• Maintain strict compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
• Deliver skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in line with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Help patients improve communication and swallowing function so they can get back to living fully

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA)
• Current state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• A compassionate, team-first mindset and a love for patient progress
• Comfort working in a behavioral health setting with an interdisciplinary team
