Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment sessions for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that help patients reach their communication goals
• Document services accurately and on time in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols to keep patients and staff protected

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an MS or MA degree
• Current state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• A compassionate, team-focused approach to patient care
