Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel
Location: Oxford, Alabama
Start Date: 09-02-2026
End Date: 11-28-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Deliver skilled therapy to help patients improve communication and swallowing function
- Document services accurately in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Alabama SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficient with clinical documentation standards
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Team collaboration and effective patient/family education
