Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during braces and Invisalign procedures for smooth, efficient visits
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize supplies for each patient
• Take and process dental X-rays, photos, and impressions as directed
• Guide patients through orthodontic care instructions and oral hygiene routines
• Document patient treatment details accurately and maintain up-to-date records
• Support a welcoming, comforting environment that puts patients at ease

Qualifications

• Must be fully knowledgeable in orthodontics, including braces and Invisalign
• Hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant in an orthodontic setting
• Friendly chairside manner and strong patient communication skills
• Ability to keep patient care moving smoothly in a busy practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures, terminology, and best practices
• Braces and Invisalign workflows and patient education
• Dental radiography and impression techniques
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Electronic health records and basic dental software
