Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient exams, procedures, and adjustments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms for each patient
• Take and process dental X-rays and records as directed
• Provide friendly, reassuring care to patients of all ages
• Use Denticon to accurately update patient charts and treatment notes
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid orthodontic assistant certification
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for orthodontic care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic tools and procedures
• Familiarity with dental software—Denticon experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping
• Compassionate patient communication skills
• Great organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks
