Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient preparation and clinical procedures
• Operate the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine efficiently and safely
• Manage and run two columns or operatories to keep patient flow smooth
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Document patient care details and maintain accurate health records
• Support patient education and ensure a comfortable, positive experience

Qualifications

• Experience operating a GBT machine in a dental setting
• Ability to manage two columns or operatories with ease
• Strong attention to infection control and office protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Dental assisting certification or state licensure may be required based on facility standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of GBT machine operation and maintenance
• Skill in managing multiple treatment rooms efficiently
• Understanding of dental terminology and patient care workflows
• Ability to document procedures accurately in dental software
• Familiarity with safety and sterilization best practices
