Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients across 11 counties in the Elizabethtown and Bardstown area
- Treat approximately 6 patients per day in home health settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with CVA and aphasia
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Travel between patient homes throughout the large service territory
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky SLP license required at time of submission
- CCC-SLP certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- Willingness to cover a large multi-county territory

- Speech Language Pathology expertise
- Home health care experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently across a large geographic area
