Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in fast-paced situations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver seamless treatment plans
- Step in to support medical-surgical units when needed, showcasing your versatility
- Educate patients and families on care instructions with warmth and clarity
Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license or compact license
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work every third weekend and rotating holidays

- Emergency department protocols and rapid response
- Medical-surgical overflow coverage
- Patient assessment and triage
- Electronic health record documentation
