Sonographer – UHC Staffing

Sonographer

Location: Durango, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4 10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound imaging
Conduct diagnostic procedures including drains and biopsies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate documentation using Fuji EPIC and PACS systems
Ensure patient comfort and safety during all imaging studies

Qualifications

ARDMS certification (RDMS in General or OBGYN) required
RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
BLS certification required
Strong experience in General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound
Procedure experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Ultrasound Imaging expertise
Patient Care excellence
Proficiency with Phillips equipment
Familiarity with Fuji EPIC EMR and PACS
Ability to perform 8-10+ scans per day
