Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to PCU patients managing vents and central lines
Perform thoracentesis and arterial line procedures with precision
Monitor step-down and ICU-level patients with 4:1 ratios
Collaborate with a tight-knit team on a 30-bed unit
Adapt to floating in ED when needed
Change dressings and support patient recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience
ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care background
At least 1 prior travel assignment
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Ventilator management
Arterial and central line expertise
Thoracentesis procedures
Strong teamwork and outgoing personality
Comfortable with Med Surg 6:1 and PCU 4:1 ratios
