Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their lives
- Monitor and respond to patient needs with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Float to Med Surg as needed to support the team
- Take on call shifts to ensure continuous high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current ICU nursing experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Willingness to float to Med Surg and take 24-hour call shifts
- Comfortable with a 3-day cancellation clause
Education
- RN license required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ICU nursing
- Proficiency with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
