Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in crafting personalized rehabilitation care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments to track patient progress
Administer IV antibiotics, medications and blood products with precision
Educate patients and families on their rehab journey for empowered recovery
Manage wound care, breathing treatments and equipment like patient lifts
Monitor telemetry patients and collaborate using Meditech EMR

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year current acute care Med/Surg experience
BLS certification required
CRRN certification preferred
ACLS preferred
Ready to pass Airstrip telemetry competency

Education

RN nursing degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Rehabilitation nursing expertise
Meditech EMR proficiency
Quality Indicator scoring knowledge
Telemetry monitoring
Patient education and family communication
Empathetic patient advocacy
