Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with essential activities of daily living like feeding, bathing, and ambulating to enhance their comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs, intake, and output with precision, promptly reporting changes to ensure top-notch care
Deliver compassionate personal care including skin care, promoting dignity and well-being
Support patient education, recreation, and transportation, making every day brighter
Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team as a true team player, fostering a positive environment

Qualifications

Active Maine CNA License required
Experience in long-term care or skilled rehabilitation a plus
Effective listening skills and empathy for residents, patients, and families

Education

Must hold an active Maine CNA License

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in feeding, bathing, ambulating, skin care, vital signs, and intake/output monitoring
Strong team collaboration, diplomacy, and flexibility in dynamic settings
Commitment to universal precautions, confidentiality, and resident rights
