Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the CVOR as part of a passionate open heart team
Collaborate with surgeons and staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Provide compassionate service to patients and families during critical procedures
Take on open heart call to support life-saving surgeries
Contribute to a growing OR team focused on excellence

Qualifications

Current RN licensure required
3+ years Operating Room experience
Cardiac Open-Heart experience required
BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Education

BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Operating Room procedures
Specialized Cardiac Open-Heart skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Team collaboration in fast-paced surgical environments
