Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to craft personalized recovery paths
• Analyze results and set meaningful short- and long-term goals that drive real progress
• Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, and modalities to restore mobility and independence
• Instruct patients and families on home programs and assistive devices for lasting results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes
• Document progress meticulously and participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions
• Stay ahead of trends through ongoing education and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• 1-2 years of progressive experience in physical therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and teams

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities
• Analytical skills to assess patient status and formulate effective treatment plans
• Ability to train assistants, students, and staff while delegating care efficiently
• Proficiency in patient evaluation, mobility training, and documentation
