Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver quality radiologic procedures for accurate diagnostic interpretation
Champion radiation safety by adhering to ALARA standards and protecting patients
Perform QC checks and operate equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Educate patients, verify orders, and document histories with care
Assist with clerical tasks, supply inventory, and team cross-training
Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify radiologists for STAT cases
Take call, work overtime, and fill in flexibly to support the department

Qualifications

ARRT registration in at least two modalities such as Radiology (R), CT, MR, Mammography (M), Nuclear Medicine (N), or Sonography (S)
ARDMS registrations including RDMS, RVT, RDCS, or RMSKS also accepted
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days
Prior experience as a Technologist preferred, with encouragement for cross-training
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and employee health requirements

Education

At least 16 years of age
Eligible to legally work in the United States

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced knowledge of imaging procedures across multiple modalities
Radiation safety and ALARA standards
Patient education and quality care practices
Equipment operation, QC, and troubleshooting
Regulatory compliance and infection control
Effective communication and Microsoft Office proficiency
Electronic records including PACS and RIS/HIS
